The end

I was released from my calling today. Sad for me, but happy for the new Relief Society Presidency. They will have such a fun ride! Goodbye  big, thick, blue binder! I’ll miss you!

Friends till the end

I have a dear friend whom I have been friends with since I was 8. She truly is one of my closest friends. We can go weeks, months even without chatting and when we do catch up, it’s as if we haven’t missed a beat! Today, she just happened to be in the area and asked if I was up for a play date! Um, YES please! It has been years since seeing each other. It was so great seeing her and her cute kiddo’s. I just love her to pieces and am blessed to call her my friend! Love ya Kristen!

Dr. Wise assures me there is nothing wrong with my child, that he is just 3. Let’s hope this year passes quickly and I am blessed with an abundance amount of patients! I am going to need it!

Dentist

Today was Gabe’s first time visiting the dentist. He had been looking forward to this appointment for weeks! It was a success. He loved every second of it; from the x-rays all the way down to the fluoride. Ok. Maybe not the fluoride, but I will take what I can get!

Nothing better than a little bonding time with dad to end the day! Their dad is their hero!

Philip’s Lawn

Yes it is March. Yes, it is still cold out, yes the lawn is mostly brown and  yes the lawn has barely grown. That didn’t stop Philip from going out tonight and mowing his precious lawn. He has been itching for weeks to mow it. Tonight was the night. It had been way to long (according to Philip) without seeing lines in his grass. He is happy for now.
